I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood. I gave everything to my family and left nothing for myself. My identity, my passions, and my confidence faded into the background.

I also know what it takes to find yourself again. Through small, intentional steps, I rebuilt my sense of self, reclaimed my joy, and created a life that felt exciting again.
